    hay guyz, all the prices should increased nearly by 35%. and Hotel room you can’t find any place less than Rs. 2,000.00 per night even for sri lankans. but you can find some places like houses/families you to provide better accommodation for around Rs. 1,000.00 per night.

  • Dharshana…I complete disagree with your post. We were in Sri Lanka for more than two weeks and never once paid more than 1,000 Rs per night. My prices above are based on my experiences and as of March 2009.
